Local baker Emily Harper has been crowned the winner of Retford’s annual Bake-Off competition. Her lemon drizzle cake impressed the judges with its moist texture and zesty flavor. The event, held at Retford Community Hall, drew over 50 participants. Emily said, ‘I’m thrilled to win; baking is my passion.’
